Description:

UV-531 is a white or canary powder, melting point 47～49℃; resisting aging , non-combustible, non-explosive, non-corrosive; soluble in benzene,acridine, styrene, ethye acetate; slightly soluble in ethyl alcohol; insoluble in water. It is an efficient ultraviolet radiation(240～340nm) absorbent and light stabilizer with low volatility;especially used for polythene, PP ,PS, PVC, PC, PA, PUR,PE, ABS resins and fibrous resins and so on. Thanks to its light color, low toxicity andease of handling, it’s well recognized as an excellent plastic additive and widely used in multiplicate plastic, latex, resins, UV-dope, oil paint, cable, electrical wire and cosmetic.

Usage:

UV-531 can improve its heat-resistance and heat-stability when used together with antioxidant. Commonly ,the product’s dosage is 0.01～0.05%.
